The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Website as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
Purchased items from Extollo Communications’ website can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. We will not accept returned products missing the serial number or UPC stickers. All returns must be in new condition and functional. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product, and showing obvious misuse or physical user damage will incur a restocking fee or be rejected.
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, please follow the Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedure to obtain a replacement product. Upon receipt of the returned defective product, Extollo Communications will fully examine and test it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.
Purchaser must obtain a valid RMA number from Extollo Communications for all returns. Unless otherwise informed by Extollo Communications, RMAs are valid for twenty (20) calendar days from the date of issue. Purchaser must allow for in-transit time for products to be returned to Extollo Communications, as Extollo Communications must physically receive products within the twenty (20) calendar days. RMAs will be issued for authorized returns processed 30 days of receipt of shipment and defective products. Please note that we will not accept the return of opened items returned more than 30 days past delivery.
Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the RMA number is clearly visible on the address label of the shipping packaging when it is returned to Extollo Communications: and NO WRITING SHALL BE DIRECTLY ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING BOX. Extollo Communications will refuse delivery of any boxes without a valid, clearly visible RMA number as noted above.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your product purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Accounts payable processes refunds twice per month (mid month and end of month). Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the shipper. Shipper is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during the return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Extollo Communications can only process returns and refunds for items purchased on Extollocom.com. At any time, Extollo Communications reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to Extollo Communications LLC, 1667 Grant Ave., 156, Blaine WA 98230, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
